23 Year 12 chemistry students visited Lancaster University to spend a day in the chemistry department.

Students completed three practical activities in the morning, then attended a lecture in the afternoon on drug discovery and development and the use of metals as catalysts in the process.

Students had a fantastic day and have taken a lot away from the opportunity!
